DashSystem Limited Company makes sure that the processing of data related to this site complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés). The site is built to collect as little as possible.

B1 Data controller

The data controller is DashSystem Limited Company, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110-7825, USA, which can be reached at [email protected].

As the company is based in the United States, the data described on this page may be processed there.

B2 What this site does not do

  • No account. There is no sign-up and no personal area.
  • No form sent to a server. The contact form on the home page only opens your own mail app, with a prefilled email addressed to [email protected]. The site sends and stores nothing: you decide whether to send that email.
  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
  • No third-party services in the pages. Fonts and images are served by the site itself: no Google Fonts, no external scripts. Only Cloudflare, which delivers the site, is involved (see B5).

If this ever changes, a consent banner will appear before any cookie or tracker is set.

B3 Emails you send us

When you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

This data is used only to reply to you: projects, press and partnerships, job applications, questions about an app. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and, for a quote request, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Messages are kept for as long as the exchange and its follow-up require.

B4 Server logs

Like any web server, the site’s server keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser used. They are used to keep the site secure and to troubleshoot problems.

These logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly.

B5 Cloudflare

To deliver the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes the connection data this requires, including your IP address. It may also ask your browser to report connection errors to it (Network Error Logging).

This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

B6 Storage in your browser

The site stores nothing on your device: no cookies and no local storage (no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB).

Your “reduce motion” preference is read from your device settings on each visit and never saved. The button that copies our address puts only [email protected] on your clipboard, and only when you ask it to.

B7 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your own country.
